Jay Lutz #27

yellow background image for layoutJay Lutz photoJay plays baseball because: “I love it and live to play.” His goal for the season is to make the playoffs.

His favorite baseball memory is of “hitting a game-tying homerun in the bottom of the seventh in the second game of my high school’s first-ever round of playoffs.” The best baseball advice he’s been given is: “Players should fear your fastball. Not because it can get them out, but because it can knock them out.” His baseball hero is Mickey Mantle, and his favorite team is the San Diego Padres.

Jay has one hobby: Baseball. He enjoys music by Lil Wayne and his favorite TV show is ESPN’s “SportsCenter.” His favorite movie is “300.”

Jay is from Pearland, Texas, and graduated from Manviel High School. His parents are Shannon Bowen and Mike Lutz. He has a brother, Mathew, 12.

You can email Jay at broncosj91@yahoo.com.
